Happy birthday my big girl

Psalm 127:3

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.

Happy birthday to my sweet baby girl, my first born. 11 years of existence and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Evelyn has such a huge heart for animals, for plants, and nature. She will randomly bombard you with random facts about rare creatures, if she sees you are getting groceries she will run to help you, she’s the first one up and ready to go for the day!

Such a giving heart and I completely love her willingness to think of others first. She’s completely obsessed with the idea of one day running wild and free with her own pinto horse.

I can’t even begin to imagine what life would be like if I wouldn’t of realized how precious that unborn baby was inside of me when I was only 16. She’s changed me as a person, made me a mama, and continually teaches me to slow down and breath (she’s the opposite of me).

I love her with all my heart and I pray every night that she has her own encounter with Jesus. That she has a super natural experience with her personal savior, that the Holy Spirit guides her as she grows. That her future spouse may be a lover of God, hard work, and as requested by Evelyn, “that he loves animals and farm life.” Father please don’t forget my daughter. Thank you for such a soul. Happy 11th birthday my sweet big girl, I can’t wait to see what this year has for you!
