Love in action challenge

Galatians 5:13 –
For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

IT’S FEBRUARY PEOPLES!

IT’S THE MONTH OF LOOOOVE, and I have a little challenge for you.

It’s called, ” Love in action.”

What is it?

It’s an opportunity to take the shortest month of the year to show your family love. Big or small.

I want to encourage you to do ONE thing a day for the rest of this month to show love to your family. I feel many times many of us are so quick to outdo ourselves by showing love to others but forget our family. Or maybe you are working hard to show love to your children that you forget your husband. Or maybe you are so busy you just don’t have time to serve others but want to be served. I want to encourage you to do one thing everyday this month.

Practice it, act it.

Think about the way Jesus gave himself selflessly for us without deserving it. Then ask him to show you where you can show that love to your family.

Today I got up at 5am (I talked to you on my Instagram stories) and prepped some breakfast for the hubby who leaves so early. I sowed my daughter’s stuffed animals that have been ripping, I also made my little Valentine’s hearts where I write something I love about each girl and tape it up for them to see. It’s small things that matter.

So this month, let’s think of ways to put our Love in to action!

Also…..it’s baby month y’all. Ekkkk
